Joe Fernandez began working in the field of film and video preservation 35 years ago. Joining his father-in-law Thomas Carvatt at Carva Internationational, an international air freight company that quickly morphed into what is now IWC Media Services, Inc, Joe realized the need for quality archival storage for the film industry with a focus on customer service. Joe and his brother-in-law Steve Kwait worked together to grow IWC Media Services from a 2,500 square foot facility in Queens to over 100 accounts and just under 50,000 square feet in New York and New Jersey today. As President, Joe continues to focus on quality customer care, growth and innovation.
Senior Account Manager
Indra’s almost 30 years of experience in media and document storage provides a strong foundation of business, customer and product knowledge.
Persaud joined the 2-20 family of companies in 2016 as its Operations Manager for the New Jersey facilities. She was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the locations in her charge and proved especially valuable in providing timely and efficient service to its clientele.
In her newly appointed role of Senior Account Manager, Indra will be responsible for continuing to provide that incomparable level of service as well as administrating IWC’s new and expanding services to the Media Industry.
Persaud has an extensive background and expertise in the safe and efficient storage and movement of media (film, video, audio, document and data). She was formerly the Account Manager and Customer Service Manager at Preferred Media.
Persaud received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University Guyana.
Director, Customer Service
Jonah Flateman is a professional in information and media asset management from Queens, New York. Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Jonah studied English with a concentration in Modern Culture and Media at Oberlin College before obtaining a Master's Degree in Library Science with a concentration in Archives and Special Collections at Pratt Institute. With IWC Media Services, Jonah applied his knowledge and expertise in professionally managing media assets for over one hundred clients in the film and television industry, overseeing cataloging, service, and shipping requests and developing custom data management systems while establishing relationships with clients and colleagues in the field.
Jonah strongly believes in a positive professional attitude and a willingness to be adaptable and accommodating. When he's not working, Jonah enjoys playing the piano, sampling New York's diverse cuisine, and spending time with his wife and new son Max.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Patrick McKillop has been in the Information Management Industry for over thirty years. Patrick has worked in Executive Sales Positions and has been integrally involved not only in sales, but also in mergers and acquisitions for various media storage companies. Most recently, Patrick was Vice President of National Sales for a National RIM company and was instrumental in the growth of document storage, data protection, imaging services and certified document destruction. Patrick is responsible for managing all sales and marketing teams, implementing 2-20’s national and local sales strategy, and expanding its client base and service.
