Heather Seward
Director of Operations
Heather is the Director of Operations at InfoStore and is responsible for the day-to-day management of InfoStore’s New Jersey locations. She has oversight into personnel, logistics and warehouse management ensuring that each facility achieves operational excellence.
Heather started her career in Records and Information Management in 1995 and has served in many roles during her tenure—from shelving boxes to customer service to sales. Today, you’ll find Heather working closely with her teams at the New Jersey InfoStore locations to provide exceptional service through focused best practices and customer care.
Indra Persaud
Senior Account Manager
Indra’s almost 30 years of experience in media and document storage provides a strong foundation of business, customer and product knowledge.
Indra joined InfoStore Records Management, a member of the 2-20 family of companies in 2016 as its Operations Manager for the New Jersey facilities. She was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the locations in her charge and proved especially valuable in providing timely and efficient service to its clientele.
In her newly appointed role of Senior Account Manager, Indra will be responsible for continuing to provide that incomparable level of service as well as administrating InfoStore's new and expanding services to the Records Storage and Records Information Management Industries.
Indra has an extensive background and expertise in the safe and efficient storage and movement of records (document and data). She was formerly the Account Manager and Customer Service Manager at Preferred Media.
Indra received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University Guyana.
